The development of policies, practices, and procedures is a vital component of our ability to ensure standardization and consistently apply practices in all aspects of our business operations. These documents are developed and maintained by the Centers of Excellence (COEs). The COE teams are composed of individuals from various roles and departments across the company utilizing regulatory standards, industry best practices, and subject matter expert input in order to define the purpose, scope, roles and responsibilities, training requirements, required actions, and record retention policy for each document’s topic. We ensure that our policies, practices, and procedures are designed to help us put up our Best Defense.
